You can Do It! 

Installing the interior, yes, it is difficult but doable. Bruce had help from an Upholstery shop do the seats, sew the wheel wells with piping, and sew an edge on the carpets. Bruce cut the panels to fit and covered it with Vinyl and fit it in place. There is one continuous leather piping around the body tub, and little elbow pads made with the same leather as the seats. Rubber floor mats with the MG Motif, It is nice to see the interior fitted into the car.

The body ID plate and the Engine Crank was mounted on the face of the battery box.

Now that the interior is in place, it doesn’t leave much room for Bruce:)

“Maintaining the breed”  by John Thornley.

Most important, “The Complete MG Workshop and Tuning Manual” By W.E. Blower. This is considered “The Bible” to MMM  MG Enthusiasts.

“MG By McComb” Is very informative on the History of the MG.

Here we have the factory instruction manual of the Midget J series. Very helpful but the “P” and the “PB” series manual gives a more thorough explanation for tuning. It was the next series after the “J”.
